What we light up in Coogee
Surf club and function room events
Big rooms with hard walls and bright ceiling lights. Up lighting around the walls does most of the work, and a mirror ball with pin spots over the dance floor does the rest for very little money.
Headland picnics and proposals
Grant Reserve and Dunningham Reserve have no power, so battery up lights are the go. A handful of them turn a picnic into something that photographs beautifully after sunset.
Hotel and beachfront celebrations
For parties at the beachfront hotels we deliver early, keep the rig tidy and collect afterwards. Venues that ban haze or smoke are common, so tell us and we will light it without.

Coogee hire questions
What lighting works in a surf club function room?
Up lights around the walls plus one effect over the dance floor. The up lights kill the fluorescent look, the effect gives you a dance floor. A mirror ball with pin spots is the cheapest big win in the range.
Can I use lighting at a park or the headland with no power?
Yes. Battery powered up lights and battery LED par cans run for hours on a charge and need no cable at all, which is the only thing that works at Grant Reserve or Dunningham Reserve.
Do you set the lighting up or do I?
Either. Most Coogee jobs are simple enough to plug in and go, and everything comes with a remote. If you want it rigged, aimed and looking right, ask us and we will quote a technician.
