In most cases we will try to deliver at the time nominated by you. In circumstances (such as busy periods) that we can't we will give you a 2-3 hour window for deliery.
Difficult delivery locations with loading docks and/or limited street parking
Deliveries that have stair access only
Deliveries that may require more than one person for a setup (such as a large TV screen which requires 2 people)
Deliveries that may have a large quantity or that contain overly heavy items
Deliveries that are outside our normal delivery areas. For basic reference we deliver for the prices quoted to the greater eastern suburbs area and the city. Areas excluded from our normal delivery rates include the inner west, western, northern and southern suburbs
