What we put on screen in Sydney CBD
Hotel conferences and AGMs
A projector and screen with a stage piece, or large TVs on stands, put slides and figures in front of the room. For bigger ballrooms we scale up to brighter projectors or an LED wall.
Office towers and boardrooms
Tower deliveries usually mean docks, bookings and goods lifts. Send us the dock details and induction requirements and we will slot the screens into the building schedule.
Harbour venues and vessels
We deliver TVs, projectors and LED walls to venues and boats around Circular Quay, Barangaroo and King Street Wharf. Marine deliveries carry a minimum of $100 per technician, arranged in advance.
Delivery to Sydney CBD
The city of Sydney is inside our standard $75 delivery zone. Loading docks, after-hours slots and marine deliveries of screens carry extra charges we will confirm up front.

Can you deliver a projector through a CBD loading dock?
Yes, we do it weekly. Docks and limited parking can add to the standard $75 delivery, so send the dock booking details and we will confirm the cost up front.
What suits a hotel conference or AGM?
A projector and screen with a stage piece for a ballroom you can darken, or large TVs on stands where there is light. For the biggest rooms a brighter Panasonic projector or an LED wall carries the picture.
Do you hire the vision and the sound together?
Yes. Projectors, screens, TVs and LED walls come from the same warehouse as our conference PA, lecterns and wireless microphones, so one delivery covers the whole room.
